SUPPORT STAFF LEADER TRAINING

Deliverables

Our school districts are full of leaders who may have had little time to develop leadership skills, yet the run some of the most important departments and take care of some of the most important people in the organization. These often include managers and supervisors of custodial services, food service, transportation, business office, technology and others. It is just as important for these administrators to have training and skills in leading adults, as it is for principals and superintendents. After each session in this series, non-instructional leaders will come away with a deeper knowledge, meaningful conversations and practical skills in organizational culture, effective communication, time management and problem-solving.
