Patty Corum

-Consultant and Trainer 

Dr. Patty Corum is an educational consultant who works with school leaders in many areas of leadership and supervision. Currently, Patty provides meaningful development in Skillful Observation and Feedback (Rutherford Learning Group), Effective Communication, Supervision, Leadership for Support Staff Administrators and other areas. She brings over three decades of teaching, administrative and human resources experience so that her sessions are highly engaging, useful and practical. Up front, Patty works closely with school district administrators to develop training that most aligns with the district’s needs at the time. Along with her consulting and training, Patty works with Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) in the areas of Recruitment and Retention, as well as the Missouri Leadership Development System (MLDS). She also serves as the Executive Director of the Missouri Association of School Personnel Administrators (MOASPA). Having these connections help Patty and her team stay current and relevant in many areas of school leadership.

Kristin Denbow

-Consultant and Trainer 

During Dr. Kristin Denbow’s 28 years in public education, she served as the Assistant Superintendent for Learning in the Webster Groves School District, an elementary principal in the City of St. Charles and Webster Groves School Districts and a special education teacher in the Fort Zumwalt and Silex School Districts. Dr. Denbow earned her Educational Doctorate, Educational Specialist and Bachelor’s degrees from University of Missouri-Columbia, and her Master’s degree from Lindenwood University.  Along with her consulting work, Dr. Denbow is currently on the executive board of the St. Louis Downtown Neighborhood Association and a Scholar in Residence at the University of Missouri, St. Louis. She is married and the proud bonus mom of two daughters and spoiling grandmother of four granddaughters.

 

Bryan Corum

Bryan earned his Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College, Columbia, Missouri, and has more than thirty years experience in management, HR and training and development. This alongside ten years of dabbling in website and database management, a handful of amateur writing / editing / publishing forays, five years in Student Support at the University of Missouri Columbia, and as a Dad, Grandad, Son, Brother and Husband (more than forty years to Jane), contributes to a unique, big-picture perspective and a commitment to lifelong learning.
