This is a cross between a keynote and a training session. Participants will walk away with specific skills and strategies for more meaningful communication, connections, and leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to watch real-time role-plays of some of the most difficult situations they encounter as educational leaders. In this three-hour period, we will hit the most important highlights of the ongoing training module, Messy to Meaningful, Starting with Me.

In a series of sessions, we will learn basic effective communication strategies, discuss the most difficult scenarios we face, practice our skills, and watch meaningful role-play from an experienced educational leader. Administrators will participate in a variety of unique self-awareness exercises to help them build confidence and calm in messy situations. Each session will provide critical and unique learning opportunities to self-reflect, learn to build confidence, consider how to build trust, practice strategies, and transform your leadership.
